went to some empirical pot place or sth like that for lunch. we were assigned lunch tables, and we sat with the same people for every lunch and dinner. walked ard with my dad after lunch.

then went to the school of arts. woah, they have so many classes!! then went to the hotel to bathe and eat, it was the only night we returned to the hotel so early. haha. we cabbed to holiday inn hotel to buy dvds. that area has abt three shops. yay. 1/2 hr to 40mins ride. slept once we reached home.

day3:

after breakfast, made a new friend, amanda! chit-chatted from to hotel to the bus to the primary school. the school looked like a mosque from the outside. appearantly, 70% of the pupils are muslims. mg, the school is SO BIG, so many levels, and each level is differently decorated, it's SO impressive! made another friend, jeanette. they're both sec 2. there's another sec 3 girl, samantha, she's from nanyang girls', but i didnt talk to her much.

i think we went shopping after that. OMG the shopping centre, YA SHOW, is so big!!! and it's super easy to get lost, and it's mostly fake brands. bought a lot there, YAY. our area in the bus became super crowded after that, haha. filled with shopping bags. i think i'm bad at bargaining,=((( haha, unlike gen, who's probably a pro at it now. i shopped with amanda, daddy gave me money, then he went for massage i think. he's feet were aching from climbing the great wall.

had lunch after that, then went to the summer palace. that place is BEAUTIFUL, if you find the right spot. WHEE, the wind was so strong, so NICEE! me and amanda needed to use the loo badly, so we left the group to find a toilet. we searched high and low okay, the washroom was hidden one side!!!! omg. had to ask two construction workers for directions. then we couldnt find the group. but we saw a couple from our group. appearantly our group went somewhere to take photos, but they were coming back. so me and amanda went to the back of the palace area where there was a BEAUTIFUL scenery. =)) it's so picturesque!!! so nice so nice so niceee!!! the mountains at the background, the drifting river, the suspending bridge from afar, another palace near the bridge.ohman, and the WIND! it was fantastic. i love that place. took many many pictures there. =) then we saw our group coming back, so we followed.

then went for dinner. talked to another girl, she's 5!! damn cute, her name is nadia. haha! i took many many pics of her. =)

day 4:

went to beijing underground city. think it's as big as singapore, and the whole thing is underground, there's no aircon yet it's so cold!! there even used to be a SCHOOL inside, omg! took many photos there too, and videos. yay! =) then went to this shop inside the tunnel, they sold silk. the clothes, handphone pouches, fans, cheongsams, all silk! haha. then went for lunch.

hmmm, then we went to beihai park blah blah, nth much there, except for some rocks me and amanda tried to climb, but in the end got scolded by the ppl there, haha. then we went to ride trishaws, ooh it's so exciting!!!! my first time. it was rocky, the ride. we rode through the houses and ALL of them looked alike, there must be at least 50 plus houses, and i have no idea how those ppl can find their own house. haha. stopped at one of the houses that was at least 300 years old. woah. it's not a big house, but there were many things to look at, i guess.

then rode trishaw agn to PRINCE GONG'S GARDEN. ahhhh, that was the BEST!!! me and amanda GOT LOST on PURPOSE, so we could wonder ard like how we did in the summer palace. YAY. climbed rocks and stuff, and looked for new rocks to climb. haha, i've never been THIS adventurous!!!!!! =))) it was so fun! hahaha. took pictures of a cave. then we sat somewhere to talk. it was on one of the palace's bench. haha yay. we decided it was time to go, but you know what! the whole tour group was early and they even sent a "rescue squad" to find us!!!!!! omg! you know how guilty we felt!!! ahhhhh. in he end our tour guide found us, and sent us to the bus, while she waited for the ppl who were searching for me and amanda. ee, when we were across the street from the bus, we saw everyone's faces, and we felt even worse! there was this straight hair woman, who looked like she was an actress from the adam's family and corpse bride, her FACE! omg, you should've seen it, it was HORRIBLE! so stern, so firece, just! ugh, i was damn scared.

i thought my dad would be mad at me, but it turned out he was a good sport abt it. in fact, everyone at my dinner table turned out to be a good sport abt it! YAY! one couple even said that me and amanda were not late, we were on time but they were early. it's true, but still, it was a nice thing to say! =) the dinner was good, but the aircon spoilt or sth, it was roasting in there! so we both went out, and i told her that my dinner table ppl were not pissed with us, yay.

day 5:

whole day, we went SHOPPING!!!!!! first to the silk street shopping mall, bought A LOT A LOT there, maybe even more than the first shopping trip, YAY. daddy gave me even more money. but i still find ya show more interesting though. this silk street shopping mall.. all the shops have like the same things, ugh. the first shop we went to, me and amanda bargained until the woman cried, omg, felt so bad. then the next shop, it was a male shopkeeper, WTH, he refused to let me out of his stupid shop!!!!! WTF. like wherever i step, he will always block me, until his boss came and did some signals then he stopped FORCING me to try on a shirt and let me out. asshole. bought more things then left after 2hrs plus.

went for lunch, then to the chinese doctor, which my dad spent more than 2thousand for medicine for my nose allergy and his liver problem. ee, i have to eat like over 60 pills everyday for half a year. =\

then to beijing's biggest bookstore which was super boring. only got entertained at the toys and musical department. so we left the bookstore to go walk ard. went to the sweet shop, ooh, everything there is so CHEAP!!! i bought abt 7 lollipops, yay! and got sth for joce and nic, it was so nicely gift-wrapped, but my mum, she happily opened it at home and ate it. omg, wth. so i got nth to give them. =( ugh. then went to macs to sit. the music's nice. english songs. sat at the table sucking my lollipop. hahaha. they're the flat spirally kind. i like! =)

then went for dinner and to the acrobatic show. OMG those people, their SO flexible, and so strong!!!!! woah. i was super amazed at them. then had a night tour of beijing, i was so tired in the bus.

when we reached the hotel, i packed a little and bathed, then met amanda in her room. oh did i mention? her room is just next to mine!! she's 1512 and i'm 1511. she came with her two twin sisters, adelle and amelia foo. then we headed to nadia's room and stayed there taking pictures and videos. nadia has this blankie which the thread is all coming out, cos she chews it since she was a baby. haha! and she calls milk this baby term, "nen nen". LOL!! so cute!! she says after she drinks her nen nen, she would burp really really loudly, so me and amanda videoed her burping. haha! talked to her mum, oh,oh nadia has a sister, nicole. nadia's so loud while her sister's so quiet. haha. the funny thing is, amanda has a best friend called nadia and i have a best friend called nicole! hahahah! =)

day 6:

went to the science centre. it was pretty crowded as it was their children's day. ithink singapore's sciece centre is more interesting.

went for lunch, ate roast duck. i didnt eat much, didnt find it nice. then went to the imperial musuem. i wanted to go back to the hotel, it was so HOT, and i was tired. ugh. but didnt. sigh. that place is HUGE! god. how can the emperor live there. to get from one place to another is so troublesome. walked for three hours there. tiring.

at night, i packed everything and bathe. jeanette and hazel came to my room and we went to the tour guide's room to take pics. but she say the next day. cos she isnt pretty then. like huh? she's damn pretty already. lol. anyways, went to nadia's room, and went down. left our shoes there and went down to the hotel's lounge to take pics. yay! at the spinning door. at the spiral stairs. and the sofa. yay. then got bored. tried to find my brother's friend, samuel. cos there was this thing btw samuel and nicole so we decided to be matchmakers!! yay. harrassed samuel and my brother. hahahah! hazel handcuffed samuel. tied his hands together at the back. woah, she's so rough! hahah. played and talked and teased them. and the girls too. then went to amanda's room to play truth or dare and talk. yay! then went next door to my room. slept.

day 7: the last day. =(((

went to a park , bought more lollipops.

had lunch at HARD ROCK. yeah! it was nicee. took many many pics. jeanette stayed there for a couple more days, so we left and headed to the airport. i was so sad k! didnt want to leave. haha. at the airpost, realized me and amanda didnt collect our departure card from our tour guide. so we rushed to get a departure card from another tour guide and filled it up. rushed to find our tour grp. in he end we didnt need to give our departure card. lol. we sat there waiting for our boarding pass. then checked out, and boarded the plane. had to wait for an hour, cos the plane was delayed. the coffee at starbucks there is so cheap!!!! omg. i like china, everything's so cheap there, lol! took more photos. =) then boarded the plane. watched failure to launch and aquamarine. yay. then talked a bit to nicole and nadia and amanda. slept a little too. reached singapore ard 11. went to east coast to have supper then headed home. bathed, unpacked slept.

i miss beijing!!!!=(
